Having been in real estate since 1998 and starting her career with selling apartments, Gill cut her teeth on the hardest property to sell at the time.

Having been in real estate since 1998 and starting her career with selling apartments, Gill cut her teeth on the hardest property to sell at the time. She loved that time working with first home buyers and guiding them towards their first home and possibly their investment property. Gill created a very loyal customer database and for that she is extremely grateful. 

Over the years Gill has developed a reputation that saw her referred to others with the title of having no nonsense, keeping it real attitude and getting answers without any of the fluff.

Gill’s highest achievement was in 2015 when she started up Vivian’s Real Estate along side her son Trent Vivian. It was a difficult time for Perth real estate as everything was slowly dropping in value and more people were leaving the city than coming to live; this did however suit the hard working nature of the Vivian family and helped forge the brand new company into firm existence within the western suburbs. Fortunately people like the idea of the family business and Trent being Gill’s business partner brought in all the new technology and ideas to keep us up to date with a very fast changing high demand business world.

On her rare time off, Gill loves restaurants, movies, beach and some trips with her family from NZ or spending time with her kids here in Perth as Cottesloe is arguably one of the premier locations in the world.

Establishing himself in his younger years as a tennis coach at Cottesloe Tennis Club, Trent decided his passion for helping people lied off the tennis court and in the form of Real Estate which through his top performing mother Gill Vivian had existed within his family for many years prior. With a goal to change the perception of the public’s opinion of the name “real estate agent” Trent along side Gill started Vivian’s Real Estate in 2015. His mission is for everyone to have fun whilst creating a win-win in every transaction of real estate whether it be buying, selling, leasing or renting.

Having owned and operated her own real estate agency business with husband Paul for close to 10 years, Gillian brings a wealth of business knowledge and experience to her role as General Manager of Vivian’s Real Estate and as a highly experienced senior sales consultant.

She has a genuine passion for real estate and particularly enjoys working in a fast growing, progressive city that showcases diverse property styles and home designs. Gillian is honest, reliable and trustworthy and will commit herself 100% to achieving desired outcomes. Gillian’s goal is to help as many people as possible find their dream home or investment property, making the entire process as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.

In her spare time, Gillian enjoys interior design, walking her two fur babies on the beach and socialising with her friends over a nice glass of wine

Outside of work, Jodie is family orientated, loves the outdoors and takes pride in being a soccer mum!

In his younger years, Lachlan spent majority of his time heavily invested sport, sailing being his number one choice having the opportunity to sail in all different countries around the  world and living out of a suitcase!  He also would jump on board “Arajilla” with his dad and grandfather on Saturday's racing on the Swan River. Lachlan makes it his mission to tailor his services to each unique person and provide a six-star service to his clients, If you see Lachlan around Mosman Park, come say g'day!
