She loved that time working with first home buyers and guiding them towards their first home and possibly their investment property. Gill created a very loyal customer database and for that she is extremely grateful.
Over the years Gill has developed a reputation that saw her referred to others with the title of having no nonsense, keeping it real attitude and getting answers without any of the fluff.
Gill’s highest achievement was in 2015 when she started up Vivian’s Real Estate along side her son Trent Vivian. It was a difficult time for Perth real estate as everything was slowly dropping in value and more people were leaving the city than coming to live; this did however suit the hard working nature of the Vivian family and helped forge the brand new company into firm existence within the western suburbs. Fortunately people like the idea of the family business and Trent being Gill’s business partner brought in all the new technology and ideas to keep us up to date with a very fast changing high demand business world.
On her rare time off, Gill loves restaurants, movies, beach and some trips with her family from NZ or spending time with her kids here in Perth as Cottesloe is arguably one of the premier locations in the world.

Growing up in Perth’s Western Suburbs, Trent Vivian was raised in a family that strived for excellence in everything they did. Surrounded by ambition and a strong work ethic, the path to success was laid out early.
Despite facing severe bullying as a child, Trent developed the resilience and determination that would later define his career. Inspired by his sister’s achievements as an Olympic gymnast, he carved out his own path in tennis—eventually becoming a coach at three clubs, including the prestigious Cottesloe Tennis Club, one of Western Australia’s most respected institutions.
In early adulthood, Trent faced another major life challenge—the loss of his father to a long battle with cancer. This deeply personal moment became the driving force behind Trent’s next chapter: launching his own real estate business (known as Vivian’s Real Estate) alongside his mother, Gill. As a fourth-generation Vivian, he was committed to continuing the family legacy with a clear mission—to raise the standards in real estate and bring true integrity back to the industry.
Through relentless personal and professional development, and by navigating some of Perth’s most difficult business periods, Trent rose to become Mosman Park’s leading sales transactions agent—not once, but four years in a row. His results earned him recognition in the top 1% of real estate agents across Western Australia.
